今回のサイエンスカフェでは、老化と免疫について話題を提供したいと思います。
一般的に、老化により免疫能が低下すると大雑把に理解していますが、その反面、自己免疫疾患に罹患する患者さんは多くなります。そのあたりの特定のT細胞 (CD153+)と自己反応性B細胞の相互作用が重要であることがわかってきました。健康に老いる！を目指したいですね。

At the next Science Cafe, I will offer topics on aging and immunity.
Although it is generally understood that the immune system weakens with aging, the number of patients suffering from autoimmune diseases is increasing in aged patients. It has been found that the interaction between specific T cells (CD153+) and autoreactive B cells is important. Aging in good health! This is my hope.
