【Summary】
In the next Science Café, I will give the topic of antibody-drug conjugate directed against mesothelin. It comprises an anti-mesothelin fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody connected to a topoisomerase I payload via a cleavable liker. It is specially designed to treat mesothelin-overexpressing human tumors, such as mesothelioma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer. Fast internalizing antibody and less-toxic payload may come into play together to increase therapeutic window.

次回のサイエンスカフェでは、mesothelinに対する抗体薬物複合体の話題を提供します。これは抗mesothelin完全ヒトIgG1モノクローナル抗体と、トポイソメラーゼIのペイロードを切断可能なリンカーで連結したものです。中皮腫、卵巣がん、膵臓がんなど、mesothelinを過剰発現しているヒトの腫瘍を治療するために特別に設計されています。高速で体内へ吸収される抗体と毒性の低いペイロードを併用することで、治療域を広げることができます。
