<概要>
"Acoustically targeted chemogenetics for the non-invasive control of neural circuits"
Szablowski et al. 2018 Nature Biomedical Engineering
<Summary>
Until now, invasive methods have been mainly used for intracerebral delivery of drugs that are difficult to cross the blood-brain barrier. Here, non-invasively and cell-specifically using acoustically targeted chemogenetics (ATAC) is reported to deliver a drug or the like. ATAC is a treatment that produces a synergistic effect by combining the advantages of each item with the shortcomings by combining ultrasound + adeno-associated virus + low molecular weight compounds.
