昨今の新規創薬モダリティ は目まぐるしく進化しているが、低分子創薬についても特殊な阻害様式等、依然として様々な価値があります。
J Med Chemに、ここ20年の酵素阻害剤創薬におけるハイスループットスクリーニングの最近の動向が報告されたので、この内容について概説し、新規阻害様式の例について紹介致します。
【Summary】
Although new drug discovery modality has evolved rapidly in recent years, there are still various values for small molecule drug discovery, such as special inhibition modalities. J Med Chem has reported on the recent trends in high-throughput screening in enzyme inhibitor drug discovery over the last 20 years, and I will outline this and introduce examples of new inhibition modalities.
