"Human Gut Microbiota from Autism Spectrum Disorder Promote Behavioral Symptoms in Mice"
【概要】
米国ヒトマイクロバイオームプロジェクト（HMP）も2008年から継続して続けられ、ここ数年で代謝疾患、腸管炎症、自己免疫疾患、神経疾患など様々な疾患との関わりが分かってきています。
今回はその中で、腸内細菌叢と自閉症発症との関連性を示した最近の論文を紹介します。
こういった疾患を惹起するマイクロバイオーム異常にどのように治療として介入していくのか、現状の開発品なども含めてお話できたらと思います。
【Abstract】
The US Human Microbiome Project (HMP) has continued since 2008, and over the past few years it has become known how it relates to various diseases such as metabolic diseases, intestinal inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and neurological diseases.
In this article, I will introduce recent papers that showed the relationship between the gut microbiota and the onset of autism.
I would like to talk about how to intervene as a treatment for microbiome abnormalities that cause these diseases and the current development products.
